Living a healthy life is important for all ages. Eating right, exercising, and getting enough sleep are all very important if you want to be healthy.

You should eat healthy food for every meal.
You shouldn't eat very much junk food.
You should be physically active and try to exercise every day.
You should also sleep 9-11 hours every night.

This week we have been learning to use "must" and "should" to talk about things we do.

Remember the difference:

"must" = rule = (order)

"should" = a good idea = (advice)
